Please review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and any design proofs carefully, as we cannot offer refunds for customer-provided errors or approved designs. Changes or cancellations may be requested before production begins but cannot be guaranteed. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
