At The Gift Factory, every item is made with care and attention to detail.
Customized & Personalized Items
Because each personalized item is made specifically for you, custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.
Please double-check all names, dates, spellings, colors, and customization details before placing your order. We create your item exactly as submitted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll gladly work with you to make it right by offering a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Non-Personalized Items
Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun. Once work has started on a personalized item, cancellations are no longer possible.
