    All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives within 5 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

    • FREE shipping for each additional item in the same order

    • Some oversized or specialty items may have different shipping rates, which will be clearly noted in the product listing.

    Processing Time

    Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, please allow the processing time stated on the product listing before your order ships. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

    Shipping Address

    Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    Once your order has been accepted by USPS, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we are happy to assist you in locating a delayed package, we cannot guarantee USPS delivery times or issue refunds for carrier delays.

    If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Return & Exchange Policy

    Customized & Personalized Items

    Because each personalized item is made specifically for you, custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.

    Please double-check all names, dates, spellings, colors, and customization details before placing your order. We create your item exactly as submitted.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll gladly work with you to make it right by offering a replacement or another appropriate solution.

    Non-Personalized Items

    Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

    Order Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun. Once work has started on a personalized item, cancellations are no longer possible.
